Monday – Thursday
4 days · core academics + rotating enrichment labs
9:15 am - 2:45 pm
Unstructured Play & Story Time
Children arrive and ease into the day with free play and a shared story.
Morning Meeting
The whole pod gathers for greetings, calendar, and the day's agenda.
Reading, Writing & Math
Core academic blocks - small-group reading and writing followed by hands-on math.
Lunch & Unstructured Play
Family-style lunch, then open play. Kids need this.
Lab Rotation
Monday: Life Skills & Creativity - Tuesday: SEL - Wednesday: Science - Thursday: Social Studies
Room Reset
Everyone pitches in to tidy the space - responsibility in action.
Dismissal
Warm goodbyes and family pickup.
Lab rotation.
Every afternoon from 1:15 pm, the pod rotates through four specialized labs across the week.
Fridays
Art, Music, Book Club & Creative Performance Lab
A full day of art, music, reading, and creative performance — taught by specialist instructors.
9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Book Club
Small-group reading exploration and discussion.
Music
Orff-based music education with Mrs. Rebecca Lee.
Art
Studio art with Ms. Makenzie Narrowlark.
Lunch & Play
Family-style lunch and outdoor or free play.
Creative Performance Lab
Movement, storytelling, and performance with Ms. Makenzie.
Dismissal
Warm goodbyes and family pickup.
