Small by design
Your child builds real relationships and gets the individual attention they deserve.
Research-backed
Our curriculum and daily structure are grounded in child development research and developmentally appropriate practice.
Whole-child focus
Academics are only part of the picture. We prioritize social-emotional growth, creativity, and outdoor play every day.

Built by a psychologist who wanted more for her own kids.
Dr. Yi founded New Heights while searching for something better for her own sons — a place with flexibility, learning through play, academic rigor, and real-life skills that would prepare them for the future.
She brings her expertise as a psychologist, her experience teaching human development at the graduate level, and most importantly, her heart as a mother to everything we do here.
What parents are saying.
My son says the worst part of school is having to leave for summer break. He comes home eager to share what he's learning — and can't wait to show Ms. Makenzie his latest findings.
Thank you for such an unbelievably positive first week!! I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate your incredible efforts to make this experience so positive and enriching for the children in the pod - I still can't believe how smoothly things went with our drop off last week, and that is entirely a testament to the welcoming school environment that you have created!
Schedule a Trial Day
We know that joining a new learning environment can be a big commitment. At NHLC, we provide the opportunity for learners to join us for up to 2 days to try our learning center. Families can choose any day of the week (Mon-Thurs) as space permits.
Curious what a trial day looks like? Take a look at our A Day at NHLC page.
Please bring a refillable water bottle, lunch, a book to read, and a change of clothes.
